Role Overview

  • We are seeking an Analyst who can support the comprehensive administration of our Compensation and Equity plans 

  • The successful candidate will be instrumental in administering our global compensation and equity programs, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual compensation planning processes (LTI, merit, promotions, and bonus payouts), including data validation. Assist in the preparation of communication and presentation materials.

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, utilizing compensation surveys and internal data to determine competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and total rewards packages across various roles and geographies.

  • Participate in annual and ad-hoc salary surveys. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments, including salary ranges.

  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of job family structures and job leveling to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.

  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, local, and international regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws, GDPR, global tax requirements).

  • Conduct internal audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations on compensation metrics for People Operations leadership and executive management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable

  • Strong proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets using Excel

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
