  • Citrix

We are currently looking for a Field Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our Cyber Security GTM team. Citrix (now part of Cloud Software Group) is significantly expanding our investments and focus on security solutions.

The Field CISO will engage with Citrix customers and partners to materially influence C-Level executives, senior level government leaders, technology practitioners, and Cybersecurity industry leaders. The Field CISO will also play a key role working closely with Citrix leadership to guide product direction and strategy. This is a thought leadership role that is both public facing and internal to the company.

When Citrix pioneered remote access and the pixel air gap, we believed people should be able to work securely anywhere and in any way they need. With today’s hybrid cloud and “work anywhere” world, security and flexibility are more important than ever. The Citrix customer base includes most of the world’s largest companies and government agencies. These companies are highly regulated, have the most demanding requirements, are the top targets for bad actors, and trust Citrix to protect their data and brands.

In early 2024, we announced the Citrix Platform which brings a unified approach to the digital workplace across End User Computing, Infrastructure, Security, and Networking. The Platform combines Citrix Virtualization and Desktop with NetScaler App Delivery and Security solutions featuring Citrix Enterprise Browser, Secure Private Access, and recent acquisitions of Device Trust, Strong Network, and Unicon.

Citrix solutions are in use at nearly every large company on the planet. We enjoy trusted relationships within IT Infrastructure, Networking, and End User Computing teams but need to grow our relationships and credibility with our customer Security teams.  The Field CISO will work with customers, partners, and our existing account teams to expand relationships and mindshare with our customers’ cyber security teams. Through customer interaction, the Field CISO will guide product leadership on product vision and direction as well as acquisition targets to round out the portfolio.
