• Strategic Planning and Development: Define and maintain a forward-looking infrastructure roadmap that supports current technologies and prepares for emerging trends and upgrades.
• Team Leadership and Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers and specialists, setting clear goals and objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
• Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of hybrid environments, including on-premises data centers, private, and public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects, such as cloud migrations or network redesigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure the operational security and resilience of the infrastructure stack, collaborating with security and compliance teams to maintain regulatory alignment (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST standards).
• Budget and Vendor Management: Manage infrastructure budgets, forecast expenditures, and oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of hardware/software assets and third-party vendor contracts/SLAs.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement enterprise-wide monitoring solutions to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve performance and capacity issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing costs.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design, plan, and implement robust disaster recovery (DR) technology and processes, conducting regular tests to ensure organizational resilience.
• Automation and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and the implementation of modern practices like Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps principles. 

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NY generally ranges: $168,549-$252,823 CA generally ranges: $175,877-$263,815 All other locations fall under our General State range: $146,564-$219,846 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
