Are you one of us? We’re looking for a Principal Platform Marketing Manager who can help us elevate and tell the Citrix platform story, which quantifiably demonstrates how we help customers reduce cost and risk.


Job Description/Responsibilities:

·       Craft compelling value propositions across the Citrix platform for cost reduction, optimization, and risk management which resonate with the business decision maker concerns and business initiatives

·       Adept at translating product capabilities to business outcomes

·       Expert messaging to executive leadership concerns around cost reduction initiatives, complexity, and risk management

·       Anticipates and leads the enablement sales with executive level messaging, proof points, objection handling and other relevant collateral in cost efficiency

·       Leads the inception and strategy of field enablement programs which help field sellers with executive level engagement and reasons for “why Citrix” at a financial level.

·       Orchestrates and aligns platform level program and initiatives across senior product management, sales, and marketing teams

·       Leads the strategy on executive events, roundtables, or webinars for observability and insights where business executives are the target audience.

·       Defines success metrics for platform awareness, adoption, and engagement. Expertly uses analytics and qualitative feedback to refine campaigns and programs.

 

Required Experience/Skills:

·       12+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles

·       Strong financial acumen, with understanding of business case development. Specifically, you should have experience in the analysis of financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and making strategic cases for change that positively impact a company's financial health

·       Ability to work autonomously across a number of different projects

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

·       Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across disciplines

·       Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices

·       Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and programs

·       Experience preparing for and presenting to executive level audiences

·       Exceptional business rigor skills of program development, management, analysis and reporting.

 

Optional Experience/Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA a plus.

·       Familiarity with software product development processes

·       Experience in vertical based marketing in industries such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector

·       A passion for technology and understanding of the enterprise software landscape.

·       Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle)..

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $179,273-$268,909 CA generally ranges: $187,067-$280,601 All other locations fall under our General State range: $155,890-$233,834 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
