Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Execute and operationalize strategic objectives as outlined by functional leadership framework, ensuring alignment of actions with the overarching goals and direction set by senior management.

  • Seeking a qualified individual with 10 to 12 years of extensive experience in a senior capacity, demonstrating comprehensive proficiency in the quotation process at an advanced level.

  • Assumes a leadership role in standardizing and optimizing quotation processes, spearheading initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the quotation procedure.

  • Leads high-profile quoting projects with significant visibility, overseeing the entire process from initiation to closure, driving successful outcomes and finalizing deals at a senior level.

  • Engages with cross-functional teams at a senior level to establish standardized processes, spearheading collaborative efforts to foster camaraderie and calibration across all organizational tiers.

  • Encounters a multitude of undefined problems and challenges characterized by limited accessibility to information.

  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations to uncover the underlying root causes of issues and challenges.

  • Experience working in a global setting with cross functional teams.

  • Encounters a diverse spectrum of challenging quoting projects and unique issues that traverse various functions and/or business domains.

  • Engages in communication both internally and externally, liaising not only within the job function but also extending responsibilities to external parties such as customers or vendors.

  • Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership.

  • Leads and provides measurable input into processes to help streamline and drive simplification and standardization.

  • Ability to communicate status to executive leadership

  • Works diligently to sway and inspire others towards embracing the perspectives, practices, and innovative concepts crucial to the job function, encouraging the acceptance and integration of fresh approaches and methodologies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyze issues impacting quoting and provide root cause analysis and clear plan on path forward

  • Proficiently manages challenging or unforeseen workplace scenarios while adeptly offering solutions to intricate business challenges.

  • As a Principal Sales operations Analyst, the primary responsibilities include managing the quoting process, handling complex deal quoting scenarios, providing comprehensive deal support, and overseeing data governance measures. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data while supporting the overall sales function through effective quoting strategies and meticulous data management.

  • Must display adaptability by leading ongoing and new complex projects, independently managing all phases from operational planning to project delivery.

  • Collaboration across multiple departments, often requiring self-directed execution and minimal supervision to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Looking for a seasoned professional well-versed in the quoting process within a product-centric environment. This expertise should be honed through hands-on participation in various quoting projects, demonstrating strong individual leadership and meticulous oversight that ensured the successful culmination of each project.

  • In the role of ensuring compliance with delegation of authority standards, the job demands meticulous oversight of quoting transactions to guarantee strict adherence to established guidelines. This involves verifying that all quoted deals align with the authorized levels of decision-making within the organization.

  • Seeks a collaborative team player with certified proficiency in coaching methodologies, along with a strong command of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
