Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the candidate in this role,

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various CSG sources including but not limited to Salesforce, PowerBI, Data sets released from Sales Ops, Knowledge Centered Service & Digital processes etc.,
  • Interpret data to identify business performance trends, patterns, and anomalies for Technical Support, TAM, CSG Digital Projects reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Technical Support Leadership team and support decision-making.

2. Report Development:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.,
  • Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate to the Leadership team on a continuing basis, an ongoing cadence of reports such as Technical Support KPIs, Outsourced vendor KPIs & performance trends, TAM KPIs
  • Maintain and report the Technical Support & on Services HC etc.,
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.

3. Data Visualization:
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate complex data findings effectively.
  • Use best practices in data visualization to ensure stakeholders can easily understand and interpret the data.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Ops, Digital Project teams, HCL vendor reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights to the Support & Services Leadership.
  • Create and present accurate, insightful data & performance visualizations for QBR, AOP, Weekly Operations Reviews etc.,

5. Data Governance and Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by ensuring that the data presented has been validated and verified against ongoing operational trends through regular data quality checks and audits.

6. Technical Expertise: Utilize SQL, Python, or other programming languages to perform data analysis and manipulation.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
     
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in the Information Technology and Software industry.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • Certification in BI tools (e.g., Tableau Certification)
