About This Team:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Instructional Designer focused on developing and optimizing training programs for our partner and channel sales organization. This role is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of our sales channels through innovative and strategic educational solutions.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, impactful instructional materials tailored to the needs of partner and channel sales teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize the latest instructional technologies to create scalable, effective learning experiences that enhance partner capabilities and drive sales performance.
• Lead the instructional design process from concept through delivery, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and implementation.
• Measure and analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements.
• Update and iterate on content based on feedback, new techniques, and shifting market demands to keep training materials current and competitive.
• Support the development and execution of a long-term strategy for partner and channel training programs.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design, ideally within a sales, partner, or channel-focused environment.
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms, digital media tools, and modern educational techniques.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging instructional content.

Optional Experience/Skills:

• Strong Graphic Skills
• Profeciency in Video Production - Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Fluency in Content and Learning Management Systems
