About This Team
We as a Security team manage the security requirements of multiple products. As a team of highly-motivated and passionate individuals we look forward to building components used by various products to embed the industry-grade security features.
We take our work seriously as we like to be successful outside work focussing on personal time and building new skills needed within our group.
Core technology stack involves core Java, Golang, Docker and security protocols such as TLS, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, involving concepts of authentication, authorization, certificates, hashing, encryption.
We are looking for an individual who can both deliver individually and as a team player to the assigned deliverables.
Job Description
Design and implement new requirements and features/enhancements serving requirements as specified by Product Managers
Should be able to work with junior team members and should be able to help when and where necessary.
Provide bug-fixes/hotfixes for the product as per the product plan.
Work closely with Product Manager, QA, documentation team, process team, support team and TIBCO field team to ensure high quality of the product deliveries while respecting schedules and TIBCO development processes.
Focus on customer satisfaction, which includes internal customers (other TIBCO products) and the actual end customers of those TIBCO products.
Provide help and answers to questions that the customers, field and Product teams may have.
Consult team members on secure-coding practices
Required Experience/Skills and Education Qualifications
Java, Java Multithreading/Concurrency, HTTP/JSON, Working knowledge of databases (any RDBMS)
Security Protocols such as TLS and familiarity with concepts of certificates, hashing, encryption, symmetric/asymmetric keys.
Computer Engineering degree (or Equivalent) - (BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA) from reputed Engineering institutes/Universities
5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on industry experience
Working knowledge of UNIX is essential
Excellent problem solving and passion for building high quality software
MUST have good written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner: ability to grasp new concepts and technologies as and when required as part of development

Identity Providers
Concepts of OAuth2 and SAML
Interest in all aspects of security research and development
