We are seeking an Oracle CPQ/CX (Big Machine) staff Engineer to join our team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL / Santa Clara, CA location. This role will focus on Oracle CPQ, CX and PRM application, requiring expertise and deep understanding of CRM business processes and Quote to cash tech stack.  This role must have demonstrated competency as the technical leader in a team, working with SI providing a guiding force on design and development approach, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations. This role interacts with senior management to understand broader application strategy and leads others in planning and prioritization of implementation activities to meet business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing system implementation in Oracle CPQ / CX,  making significant process optimizations for business productivity
• Design the architecture of Oracle Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions and integrating them with the broader CX platform and other enterprise applications.
• Responsible for driving resolution to complex issues drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues  
• Manages projects, with the responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
• Provide Tier II/III application support, coordinating with teams to ensure delivery of enhancements, new features.
• Ensures applications are created using software development best practices and security best practices.
• Participates in, solicits feedback, provides proactive communication with internal and external customers
• Influences parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.    
• Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and manage consistent implementation of CPQ tools and technologies
 
Qualifications / Requirements
• Advanced Experience with Agile development methodology, continuous integration and tools (JIRA etc.) used to achieve the same
• Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, time management, and sound judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while operating effectively in a collaborative environment
Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Platform, CX, PRM
 • 5+ years of experience with Big Machines (Oracle CPQ Cloud)
Experience with other CRM applications such as MSFT Dynamics, Salesforce and ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud) is a plus.
Additional skills and Background
  • Expertise in Oracle CPQ / Big Machines platform, including configuration, commerce, document engine, and BigMachines Language (BML).
  • Experience with hosted web applications and APIs, including XML, XSL, SOAP, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to design and oversee the configuration and development of custom objects and workflows in CPQ and PRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and design.
  • Strong Knowledge on  release updates, user management, CPQ solutions and audit controls
    Functional knowledge on CRM concepts, sales & services cloud, communities
    Automation, scripting experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of integration practices, user management, and CPQ solutions, including pricing, product configuration, and proposal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $170,292-$212,865 CA generally ranges; $177,680-$222,100 All other locations fall under our General State range; $148,080-$185,100 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
