About This Team:

TIBCO EBX is a leading Master Data Management solution. We help our customers managing their most important data. We are looking for a new product expert, to help our customers, partners and even the product team, in order to build the best possible product.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Participating in project implementations by providing product expertise
• Helping our customers and partners by sharing best practices
• Auditing projects
• Collaborating with the support team to help on support tickets resolution
• Collaborating with the engineering team to provide feedbacks on existing features, and ideas about future capabilities
• Develop and maintain solution accelerators

• Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with TIBCO EBX
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience.
• French and English are mandatory
