About This Team:

Responsibility

Support for Outsourcing Project Management

  • Assist in coordinating outsourcing project activities.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Report on project progress to the program manager and other key stakeholders.

Business Plan Documentation and Meeting Scheduling

  • Help document and maintain the business plan for outsourcing initiatives.
  • Organize and schedule regular meetings to ensure alignment between teams.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute action points afterward.

Assistance with Office Move Project

  • Provide administrative support for the office move project.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and vendors.
  • Help track timelines and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Global Communication Support

  • Act as a point of communication between local teams and global functions (Global Facility, Sales Operations, and outsourcing leaders).
  • Assist in ensuring smooth information flow and clear communication.
  • Support in maintaining documentation and updates shared with global teams.

Expected skills :

  • Experience in Project Coordination (1-2 years preferred)

    • Familiarity with supporting project management tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and tracking progress.
    • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic Administrative Skills

    • Proficiency in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes.
    • Experience with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Communication Skills (including English Proficiency)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English.
    • Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an international environment or communicating with global counterparts is preferred.
